Delivery of Your Order
Central Bark only accepts orders from and delivers to Australian addresses at this time, via our website.
If you are an International Customer please Contact Us, and tell us what products you would like to purchase and your address and we will supply you with a delivery quote.
Central Bark uses Australia Post, Fast Way Couriers and TNT Express as its preferred shippers.
For delivery within NSW please allow 3-5 business days from dispatch. For interstate metropolitan areas, please allow 5-7 business days from dispatch. For all country and “outback” areas please allow 7-12 business days from dispatch.
Delivery costs are as follows:
Via Australia Post Regular Mail Service (not available for bedding items)
- $7.50 For one item only
- $10.00 For two or more items
Via Fastway Couriers (for bedding items and other items if you wish, up to 25kg in total weight)
- $10.00 For delivery to Sydney addresses only
- $12.00 For delivery to Newcastle, Central Coast, Wollongong, Southern Highlands and Blue Moutains only
Via TNT Express (for bedding items and other items if you wish)
- $15.00 For delivery to all other NSW locations (to 15kg)
- $20.00 For delivery to all other NSW locations (from 15kg to 25kg)
- $20.00 For delivery to all other locations in Australia (to 15kg)
- $30.00 For delivery to all other locations in Australia (from 15kg to 25kg)
To ensure timely delivery via Courier please ensure that a suitable day-time (business hours) delivery address is provided. It is a requirement that someone be available to accept delivery and provide a signature. Business and home addresses are both acceptable.
To see your delivery cost prior to checkout please select the ‘Calculate Shipping’ option in the top right hand corner, in your Shopping Cart area. Simply enter your postcode and you can see all of your available shipping options and their corresponding costs.
Please note that all bed orders will be shipped by courier only.

Stock Availability
If an item is temporarily out of stock we will contact you immediately and inform you of the expected delivery date. If approved by you, the item will be placed on back order. Back ordered items are delivered as soon as they become available.
Return and Exchange Policy
At Central Bark we strive for 100% customer satisfaction – we want everyone to be pawsitively delighted with their purchase and experience!
If the item you have purchased is the incorrect size, please contact us within 7 days and we will happily offer an exchange for the correct size. Please note that the product being returned must be in a suitable state to be resold and must be accompanied with its original packaging intact. The product also must be repackaged well by you, so it is not damaged in transit back to us.
We allow one exchange per item, except for bedding, with the return postage to be paid by you [you must pay for postage back to us and from us to you again with the correct sized item]. After one exchange, each exchange will incur a restocking and handling fee of $10.00 plus postage, which will be advised by Central Bark.
You can return any product for reasons involving defects or malfunction with the product itself for an exchange, within 30 days. We ask that you contact us to let us know about the problem before returning it to us. If an exchange is not available you will be given the choice of having the item and initial shipping costs refunded or we can offer you another item or issue you with a credit to find a replacement. All monetary refunds will be made by credit card or a cheque will be issued.
You are responsible for paying for return shipping to us. Central Bark will pay for the shipping costs back to you, for replacement items, for defective or malfunctioning products only.
Please note that your happiness is important to us and we will discuss the order with you and decide the best option on an individual basis.
